How can I qualify for the Innova Baltic Tour and Baltic Disc Golf Championships?

Who is qualified for Innova Baltic Tour event?

- Player have to have current PDGA membership

- Players PDGA rating have to be at least 775 to register (except MA4 - at least 500)

- At the last (4th) stage of registration all players with active PDGA membership can register.

- Innova Baltic Tour waiver to MA3 and MA4 divisions (PDGA rule 2.02 Exceptions)

It is approved before the IBT by the PDGA Europe Tour Manager, that If the player starts IBT in MA3 or MA4 division (Vilnius Open) and the player has not competed in a higher division in other competitions at any time during the IBT (05.04-26.05.2024) and players rating does not exceed 20 points above the rating ceiling for the division they are compete in, they can play all three events in the same division. Its applies only for amateur players. The waiver will not apply for the player with PDGA professional status playing in amateur division.

Refund policy

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 15 days or more before the start of the event will receive a 100% refund minus 5€ handling fee. Players who request to withdraw from an event 7-14 days before the start of the event will receive a 50% refund. Players who officially request withdraw less than 7 days before the event will not be refunded and they will receive the players pack (shipping cost will be covered by the player). Same policy goes for the Season Pass refund but in every refund scenario will not receive special added disc.

Who is qualified for Baltic Disc Golf Championships?

- Player have to have current PDGA membership unless playing in MA3 or MA4 divisions.
- Player can apply to a wildcard.
- After receiving a wildcard (by email) player has one week to pay the BDGC fee. Otherwise he/she will be removed from the invitation list and he/she have to register again in case there are still open spots.
- Players who are locally or globally in a top level can receive an invitation to Baltic Disc Golf Championships.

Wild Cards

Wild Cards are reserved spots in the tournament, and are granted at the discretion of the local Tournament Director. The recipient of the Wild Card gains the right to register to an event. Below is an example of the distribution of wild cards for a typical IBT event. Changes to the amount of wild cards for any event is solely at the discretion of the IBT organization.

Standard Registration Phases

Registration for each individual IBT event starts approximately two (2) months before the event and includes four (4) phases. Registration isn’t complete until the registrants has paid the entry fee for the event.

Phase 1: PDGA members with a minimum rating of

MPO 920

MP40 880
MJ18 850
MA3 850
MA4 800

are able to register.  The Phase 1 registration window will be open for approximately two (2) weeks.

Phase 2: PDGA members with a minimum rating of

MPO 870
FPO 825
MP40 850
MJ18 825
MA3 800
MA4 775

are able to register.  The Phase 2 registration window will be open for approximately two (2) weeks, beginning immediately after Phase 1 closes.

Phase 3: PDGA members with a minimum rating of 775 (except MA4 - minimum rating 500) are able to register.  The Phase 3 registration window will be open for approximately two (2) weeks, beginning immediately after Phase 2 closes.

Phase 4: All players with active PDGA membership. The Phase 4 registration window will be open until approximately one (1) week before the start of the event, beginning immediately after Phase 3 closes.

Registration within phases is granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
